ya that ball is a monster. in my opinion it reacts better when it is somewhat shiny. you don't want to poli**** past 1000 or it will not grab the lane. it has a smooth arc and is not very snappy. if u roll up the back of the ball it reacts a whole lot better and has very good carry. the only bad thing is when it is shiny it sometimes goes past the breakpoint if thrown with too much speed or not enough fingers

The Resurgence is more of an early roll/strong continuation ball reaction, so don't expect it to go 90 degrees left in the last 15 feet because that's not what it's designed for. You can make it more skid/flippy by taking the surface to 4000 abralon w/ polish, but I wouldn't recommend it. I have mine at 1000 abralon w/ light polish and as long as there's decent oil up front, this ball's a monster. I shot 1007 for 4 games with it on Tuesday night and since it was rolloff/sweeper night, it more than paid for itself that night.
